PURLLE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1 General provisions
The Purlle online store, available at purlle.com, is operated by Barbara Górska, conducting business under the name Barbara Górska Purlle.

These terms and conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, and concluding sales agreements between the Customer and the Seller.
A customer of the store may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit with legal capacity.
§2 Placing orders
Orders in the online store can be placed 24/7 via the store's website.
The condition for placing an order is adding the product to the cart, filling out the order form, and accepting these terms and conditions.
After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of its acceptance to the e-mail address provided during the order placement.
§3 Payment methods
The Customer can use the following payment methods:

payment by payment card
BLIK
PayPal
The online payment operator is Przelewy24 and the PayPal payment system.
§4 Delivery
Orders are fulfilled within the territory of Poland.
Order processing time is usually 1 to 5 business days, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
Delivery is carried out via the logistics operator InPost.
§5 Right of withdrawal from the contract
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be informed of the decision by sending an e-mail to purlleshop@gmail.com.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
§6 Complaints
The Seller is liable for defects in goods in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints can be submitted electronically to purlleshop@gmail.com.
The complaint will be processed within 14 days of its receipt.
§7 Personal data
The administrator of customers' personal data is Barbara Górska Purlle.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, customer service, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.
§8 Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law and the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, shall apply.
These terms and conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the store's website.
